So you have rooted your device using the Kingroot, now you must have been seeing Kinguser instead of Super SU in your app drawer, which might frustrate you as most of the apps are supported by Super SU only and you’ll get updated binaries only if you have the Super SU or you have some personal issues with KingUser. But nonetheless, you have a problem with KingUser and we have the solution to it. However, the latest devices are not supported by the tool we are about to use as well as the latest Android versions. We will be using Super-Sume tool that you can install from PlayStore or use the Apk file, we will be providing both the tutorials. Without further ado, let us continue to Replace KingRoot with SuperSU.

Replace KingRoot with SuperSU:

Via Super Su:

  1. Open Play Store on your device.
  2. Search for Super-Su
  3. Download and Install it.
  4. Open and give it permissions as Super User.
  5. Un-install Kingroot.
  6. Update Super Su binary and let the device to restart.
  7. Voila! the replacing has been done.

Via Super-Sume:

Open Play Store on your device.

Search for Super-Sume.

Download and install it.

It will ask for Root permissions, grant it.

When the app is fully launched, you’ll see the following type of screen.

Tap the Blue Android button and let the process begin.

Once the process is over, Super SU will launch automatically.

Kingroot along with all the other Chinese applications are deleted and only Super SU remains.

Restart your device for permanent effect.
