Method 1:

Method 2:

  1. Search for run in the search bar.
  2. Type gpedit.msc and press OK.
  3. Give permissions and you’ll see the page of group policy.
  4. On the right side of the window, you’ll see Computer configuration, expand it.
  5. Navigate to Administrative Templates > Network > Qos Packet Scheduler > Limit reservable bandwidth.
  6. Here the default option is not configured, click on Enable.
  7. Change the value from 20 to 0.
  8. Apply and Click OK.
  9. Now you’ll be able to utilize total internet bandwidth for your own use.
