Apple & tech giants are immediately ceasing sales in Russia.

As the sanctions continue against Russia by NATO and other supporting countries. However, tech giants like Apple and Microsoft are ceasing sales of products and services in Russia. Here are the lifts of companies involved.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine continues and a number of tech companies have said they’ll stop sales of products and services in the country. Apple and Microsoft bot said they’ll stop selling products in Russia. EA said it would stop the sale of games and other digital items while the conflict continues. With Disney holding their theatrical releases in Russia.

Russia Invaded Ukraine in February. After months of growing tensions, marked by angry speeches from Russian President Vladimir Putin and the buildup of Russian forces. The EU, the UK and the US have all pressed economic sanctions on Russia.

Here are some of the companies that have stopped sales or other services in Russia.

Apple: The tech company has stopped selling its product in Russia and is halting online payments for; Subscriptions and Apple Pay. Disabling Apple Maps in Ukraine to protect civilians.

Airbnb: Airbnb has suspended all its activities in Russia and Belarus. They claim to offer free temporary housing to 100,000 Ukrainian refugees.

Adobe: The creatives of the editing program claim they have stopped all new sales and services in Russia. This includes all creative software and its website analytics tools. Airbnb has also cut off access to its cloud services for Russia’s government-controlled media outlets. Which certainly is causing some services to shut down.

BMW, Ford and Honda: A lot of the automakers have scaled back their activities in Russia. Ford is suspending its operations in Russia “effective immediately,” until further notice. BMW will be stopping local production in Kailingrad and halt exports to Russia.

Electronic Arts: The creator of the Fifa franchise, has stopped selling all content in Russia and Belarus. Including games, add-on content and virtual currency. In addition to that EA has removed Russian national teams from all versions of its Football and Hockey video games.

Microsoft: The tech giant has suspended sales of its services and products in Russia. Microsoft plans to enhance its cybersecurity in Ukrain, to tighten the security of its systems and servers.

Snapchat: The messaging app has halted all ad sales to Belarus and Russia. however, the app is still live and these two regions are able to use the app as normal.
